Casual & informal slab serif with "Heart" accents designed & made into font form by by Lauren Thompson, "Nymphont" July 8, 2009. Inspired to create this typeface after creating a decorative hand-drawn slab serif font, "LT Chickenhawk." The traditional version (ie sans "hearts") is called HappyPhantom
