Contributor / Submit a Font Policy

1. Submission Requirements

• Acceptable formats: TrueType (.ttf) and OpenType (.otf) files only.
• Include clear license information (indicate if open-source, free for personal use, or any other restrictions).
• Provide your name/credit (optional) and a brief font description.
• Attach sample images or preview graphics if available.

2. Submission Process

Email your font files and details to: submit@freefontzone.com.

Our team will confirm receipt and may request additional information if needed.

3. Review Steps

We manually review all submissions for technical quality, completeness, and license clarity.

Fonts may be edited for formatting, style, or optimization.

Only fonts meeting our standards and legal requirements will be published.

4. Rights & Permissions

By submitting your font, you affirm you have the legal rights to distribute it.

You grant Free Font Zone a non-exclusive license to host, display, and share your font publicly.

You retain all intellectual property rights to your font.

5. Removal or Updates

You can request updates or removal of your font at any time by emailing us with proof of authorship.

6. Communication

We strive to notify contributors upon approval, rejection, or requests for revision.

7. Policy Updates

Guidelines may change to reflect best practices or legal requirements. The latest version will always be available on this page.
