OUTSIDE THE LINE LICENSE AGREEMENT Please read this software license agreement (ÒlicenseÓ) carefully before using the software. By using the software, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this license. If you do not agree to the terms of this license, promptly remove the software from your computer. This license entitles you to perpetual, nonexclusive, unlimited non-commercial and limited commercial use of this font. COPYRIGHT This software program (the font ÒsoftwareÓ) is owned by Rae Kaiser, Outside the Line Design and is protected by United States and international copyright laws and international trade provisions. USERS This Agreement grants you right to use this software on up to 5 computers using a single output device. If you want to use the software on more than 5 computers, you should obtain a multi-user license for your business. COMMERCIAL USE When you pay for this software, you receive a limited license. If you use this software to design certain types of things, you may be required to pay an additional license fee. These include: ¥ packaging for nationally distributed consumer goods ¥ television, motion picture, electronic or print advertising for nationally distributed consumer goods. ¥ motion picture titles or credits o television program titles or credits o book or sound recording packaging ¥ use by a publication with a circulation in excess of 200,000 copies per issue. A royalty based Commercial license is required when Outside the Line font software is used to create a product sold for profit. If you have purchased the font(s) license for use as the principle design element to create a product to be soldsuch as, not limited to: ¥ commercially produced scrapbooking stamps ¥ commercially produced gift tags, stationery, note cards and invitations ¥ refrigerator magnets Or if the usage of the font adds value (value added) to a product to be sold such as wrist watches, house numbers,stencil kits, decals, digital art (screensavers, 3-D models, or other computer application) For the above commercial uses contact Rae Kaiser at [email protected] COPY RESTRICTIONS This software and any accompanying written materials are copyrighted and are proprietary products of Rae Kaiser,Outside the Line Design. CONTROLLING LAW AND SEVERABILITY This License shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Wisconsin. If for any reason a courtof competent jurisdiction finds any provision, or portion hereof, to be unenforceable, the remainder of this License shall continue in full force and effect.  COMPLETE AGREEMENT This License constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the use of the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter.
