copyright (C) Bill Bussone [email protected] - 1998 GENERAL AGREEMENT THIS AGREEMENT, made this the current date between Bill Bussone (font creator) and Wolf² (First Party) and yourself and any businesses or corporations you represent (Second Party). WITNESSETH That in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements to be kept and performed on the part of said parties hereto, respectively as herein stated, the said party of the first part does hereby covenant and agree that it shall: I. Install and use said font free of charge, unless excepted in part II. II. And said party of the second part covenants and agrees that it shall: If used in any commercial venture, the Second Party agrees to pay the First Party a mutually agreed upon sum not less than $25, unless excepted by alternate terms and/or conditions by the First Party. III. Others terms to be observed by and between the parties: The First Party will not persecute the Second Party in any way for actions stemming from this agreement, unless Second Party is found to be in violation of said terms. This agreement shall be binding upon the parties, their successors, assigns and personal representatives. Time is of the essence on all undertakings. This agreement shall be enforced under the laws of the State of Michigan. This is the entire agreement.
