License Notes

Users are required to view and agree to the License Agreement before purchasing fonts. Bogusky 2 grants you a non-exclusive license to use the aforenamed digital typeface outlines (a.k.a., "the software"), provided you agree to these terms: 1. You may not redistribute the software. 2. You may disassemble the software in order to color and enhance it for your designs. 3. You may install and use the software on up to five computers of the same platform at one physical location, and use the software through any number of printers or other output devices at that same location. Site licenses for single site locations with more than 50 users are available by contacting [email protected]. 4. You may not convert the software for use on another platform. 5. You may make a backup copy of the software. 7. The software is owned by and is the intellectual property of Bogusky 2 , and its trademarks belong to Bogusky 2. 8. In no way is Bogusky 2 liable for any computer trouble, property damage, personal injury, or loss of income or profits as a result of the use of this software. 9. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida and any other legally governing authority. 10. This agreement ends the minute you violate any of these terms. 6. Information about the people connected with these fonts. NA 7. Volume discount table ------------------------ In order to encourage customers to purchase more of your fonts at the same time, we recommend that you provide a volume discount table.
