Description
JanaTamil© is the name of a font - a type face in Tamil Script to be used for composing text in Tamil language. It has been designed in Open Type format and as an ‘O.S’ font (operating system font) for Indix, using Bhartiya Shaping Engine. This version is called JanaTamil 0.99.1 and is a non-hinted text face. JanaTamil letters have less contrast in thick & thin strokes and are added with characteristic serifs on sides of vertical and horizontal lines. JanaTamil is recommended to be used for continuous text in Minimum 14pt. size (on screen) and 10pt size (on paper).
