MyFonts.com distribution This is a legal agreement between you and Andreas Seidel. By using the font design / font software, you agree to be bound by this agreement. If you do not agree, promptly discontinue use. Agreement is as follows: Your right of usage under this agreement is the non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the font design / font software in whole or in part in advertising and promotional materials for you or your customers or direct clients. Examples of use include: advertisements, articles in magazines or newspapers, reports, brochures, books, newsletters, multimedia applications, presentations, packaging, broadcast, films, documentaries and commercials. The font design / font software may be used as part of a web site or design which appears on a web site on the internet but may not be used in a downloadable or extractable form. That means a pixel based appearance. e.g. GIF or JPEG files Embedding of the font design / font software into electronic documents like PDF is permitted in a secured -Preview & Print- mode. Licensee must ensure that recipients of electronic documents cannot extract the font design / font software from such documents or use the embedded font design / font software for the creation of new documents. The font design / font software may not be modified, adapted, translated, de compiled, disassembled, re digitized, rented, sold, given away, leased, sub-licensed or loaned in any form. Additionally, you agree to take all steps necessary to prevent any third person from duplicating or distributing any font design / font software. Defamatory, offensive, pornographic or otherwise unlawful uses of the font design / font software are prohibited. It is prohibited to use the font design / font software for projects related with military things. e.g. All projects related to weapons, weapon technology, weapon advertising, weapon publications even weapon collectors or sport weapons publications, military projects, military history publications, private and public or government institutions, which these things usually can be connected directly or indirectly. In border lines a written permission must be obtained. All equipment accessing the font design / font software must be at one physical location and be operating under one organization. For a multiple or shared usage e.g. LAN networks you need a license for every cpu. Is this criteria not applicable a license for every work station is needed. Andreas Seidel cannot be held responsible for damage caused or supported by the user and/or third party resulting from a misuse of the font design / font software described in. This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Area of jurisdiction is Cottbus, Germany. You acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. www.astype.de
