Digital Graphic Labs - Typeface Division (hereafter refered to as Digital Graphic Labs) grants use of the trial version of this typeface (hereafter refered to as typeface) to a single person or a single person within an organization (hereafter refered to as evaluator) for evaluation only for a period of fifteen (15) days under the following conditions : USAGE This typeface is for evaluation purposes only, and may not be used in any commercial capacity whatsoever. DISTRIBUTION This trial version of the typeface may be freely distributed, so long as the following conditions are met : • the software package must remain intact and all distribution files must be present • no modifications may be made to any file in the package • no files may be added to the package • the distributor must adhere to all legalities set forth by the author of any compression or linking scheme used on the package • the package must be clearly labelled as being a "trial", "shareware" or "evaluation" version • no compensation or remuneration may be charged for distribution of the package REVERSE ENGINEERING This typeface remains the intellectual property of Digital Graphic Labs, and may not be reverse engineered or replicated. Offenders will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. GENERAL l If any provision or part of any provision of this Licensing Agreement shall be held invalid or unenforceable, such part shall be ineffective without in any way affecting the remaining parts of such provision or the remaining provisions of the Licensing Agreement. LIMITED WARRANTY This typeface is provided "as is" and without express or implied warranties of any kind including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, all other such warranties are expressly disclaimed. In no event will Digital Graphic Labs be liable to the evaluator or any other party for lost profits or other indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, even if Digital Graphic Labs has been advised of the possibilities of such damages. Any liability on the part of Digital Graphic Labs will be limited exclusively to replacement of the typeface or refund of purchase price. REJECTION OF LICENSING AGREEMENT In the event that the evaluator does not agree to conform to all provisions of this Licensing Agreement, the typeface should be destroyed, ending any agreement between the evaluator and Digital Graphic Labs.
